What is the Portal?
The portal is an online system that allows you to upload, proof and approve your print jobs right from your computer. Once you upload your PDF files, the portal generates rendered proofs for you to view. You can make changes or approve your project at your computer at your convenience.
Why is this better than submitting files through the FTP server?
There are a few reasons why the portal system is better than just uploading your native files through the FTP. First, when you upload your pdf files into the portal you know for sure that we received your files. Second, you are able to see your files in the portal exactly how we will see them before they go to print. This way you get the chance to catch any mistakes and correct them right away. Also, the portal is convenient. You can upload, proof and approve projects on your own terms. The portal is always open for business!
How do I get started?
Call us at 216-265-7575 or click here to start your portal experience! You will be set up with your own portal account. Then when you have a project, just let us know the specs and you will receive an email when you can begin uploading your files into the portal.
Will I still be able to see hard proofs?
Yes, if you would still like to see a hard proof of your project before it goes to print we can do that. Contact your salesman about getting your hard proofs after approving a job in the portal.
How much does the portal cost?
The portal is totally free. We are providing the portal service to make printing easier for our customers and create a better overall customer experience.
