Approve
After you review your proofs on your screen you have the option to reject or approve each individual page of your project. Click the “thumbs up” icon to approve or the “thumbs down” icon to reject a page.
Still want to see a hard proof before it goes to print? No problem! We will be happy to provide you with the same hard proofs you like, or you can choose to send your job straight to print after looking at your PDFs in the portal. It is up to you! This is printing made easy. |
The final step to completing your online submission is approving your project! You get the final say, right there at your own computer.
Once you give a page your approval it is final. We will assume all approved pages are ready for print. Call us right away if you accidentally approve a page that wasn't quite ready.
When you reject a page, Portal assumes you’ll provide a replacement page. The beauty of this concept is that you don’t FTP or e-mail corrections to us. Simply upload the new page as you did initially. Portal will once again notify you when proofs are ready for your review. This functionality is available to you day or night and whenever it’s most convenient for you. And because you’re in control, you can kiss those customer alteration charges goodbye!
