SHERPA 2
The AGFA Sherpa 2 proof is a two-sided, digital proofing system used to check imposition. The Sherpa 2 proof is generated from the same file used to make your plate and ensures accurate position of images, type and color break on both sides of the proof. It gives the customer an accurate imposition proof that provides the look and the feel of the finished job. It is NOT used for matching color on press. The Sherpa 2 can save time and money, catching errors before final proofing and production. In a pinch, small runs of Sherpa 2 proofs can be assembled and used as presentation pieces prior to printing a full run.

GRAND SHERPA 50
The Grand Sherpa 50 proofing system provides a high-resolution contract proof that accurately depicts what you can expect to see on press. The Grand Sherpa 50 is AGFA's new digital color proofing system. It has multi-density ink color capability and advanced color management sytems to provide accurate color outputs. The Grand Sherpa 50 contract proof delivers very accurate colors and reproduces highlight areas and shadow detail. It has the ability to reproduce crisp, fine lines, making sure that the font choices are clearly defined.

The output delivery system is calibrated to our Heidelberg presses for optimum accuracy as we put ink on paper. We use satin AGFAjet paper which has been profiled with our press equipment. The Grand Sherpa 50 is an accurate tool for our pressmen to gauge color reproduction and match colors on press to your specifications.
