How to prepare your files for printing:
Include all images and graphic files imported into your document. Those that are missing may remain visible but will output in low resolution and will appear pixilated and fuzzy. Hard copy should always be included with your files.

Be sure that both printer and screen fonts are included with your files along with a list of the same. If these files are missing we will not be able to output your job.

Make sure that you have converted all of your colors from RGB to CMYK. Your images may print out inaccurately without being converted.

When converting a Pantone color to CMYK make sure that the CMYK version is equivalent to the Pantone color chosen. Some Pantone colors are outside of the CMYK color space and may appear differently when printed as process color.

View your screen AFTER the conversion is made to get an idea of how the color will appear. For an exact determination, use a Pantone color conversion guide.

Make sure all bleeds extend at least 1/8" beyond the edge of the page.

Include a mock up of your document as a guide to use for preparation and printing.

Make sure that your disk and any mockups are clearly labeled with your name, address, and phone number. It is also helpful to include a list of everything you are sending.
