Trade show tips
• Let your customers, suppliers
and contacts know that you
are going to a trade show and
encourage them to visit your
booth. Post show information
on your website, in newsletters,
e-mails, etc.
• Check the display rules and
regulations for the show you are
attending. There may be size
restrictions for your display.
• Using similar graphics for your
trade show booth as you use for
your brochures and pamphlets
will create a cohesive display.
• Don’t overload your trade show
visitors with too much information.
• Combining two or three trade
show display systems can create
a dynamic look for your booth.
Try adding a Tower Display or a
Roll Up Banner and podium to
your booth background.
• Demonstrations and hands-on
activities will draw people in.
• Have some way of collecting
visitor information such as
signing up for a raffle prize.
• Thank you notes are a great way
to follow up with people that
stopped by your booth.
