We’re very pleased to introduce you to an exciting new way of submitting, proofing and approving your jobs. Our new online Portal system provides an individualized account for you and your company to do business with us.

The Portal system gives you even more flexibility in delivering files to us and checking your pages. You’ll have the ability to review, approve, reject and annotate your pages online, right from your computer. The system is available to you day or night, seven days a week so you can log on and work whenever it’s most convenient for you.

We have adopted this new system as a part of our commitment to
continually improving our way of doing business with our customers. Our goal is to make printing easy for you - from start to finish.

Web Approval Portal Overview

1. Contact us to have your personal Portal account set up. When you have a project ready for print, just tell us your job specs and we will create a digital project folder for you in your Portal.

2. You will be notified via email when it is time for you to begin uploading your PDF files into the Portal.

3. After you upload your PDF pages you will put them in the designated job folder and arrange your project pages in the correct order.

4. The system will begin processing your documents into online digital proofs. The portal will notify you when your project is ready to be proofed.

5. Now you can log into the Portal
and proof your project! If you find a problem you can reject the page and upload a replacement page.

6. When all the pages look good you can approve them and you’re done!
