Graphic Design Tips

Tip #1
Most Adobe programs have hidden tools in the toolbar. If you see a little black triangle in the bottom right corner, there are more tools beneath the icon. Click & hold on the icon until a flyout panel appears showing you more tools that can be used.

Tip #2
Smart Objects maybe one of the best features of PhotoShop. Place any vector or photographic file in PhotoShop and you'll be able to access and edit the file in the original program. Simply save the alterations in the native program (like Illustrator) and the smart object will automatically update in Photoshop. The best part of Smart Objects is that it's not actually altering the original file on your computer but rather embedding the file within the Photoshop document. So no matter what changes you make to the Smart Object, the original file will remain in tact.
