- Use digital printing to print what you want - when you need it. A lot of paper is wasted when your printed materials inventory becomes outdated. Digital printing makes it cost effective to print in short runs so additional copies can be produced only when you need them.

- Optimize the sizes of your printed materials. Think about trying to get 3 postcards out of a sheet of paper instead of 2 larger postcards with left over waste.

- Ask about using Forest Stewardship Council certified paper for your next printed project. FSC certified paper is guaranteed to come from responsibly managed forests.
